Meet Phoebe
I am an ICF-certified coach with a background in law and leadership, dedicated to helping individuals advocate for themselves and feel genuinely empowered in their lives.
Before becoming a coach, I spent a decade supporting parents and family caregivers in the workplace, helping them understand and effectuate their rights. I often met clients at moments of profound transition, when the stakes were high and clarity felt elusive. I helped them to strategize and build confidence to speak up for themselves. That work taught me how to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and partner with others to find their voice.
I bring the same clear-eyed analysis and compassionate presence to my coaching practice. I support clients to see themselves more fully—challenging familiar narratives while providing the steadiness and care required for real growth. I earned my undergraduate degree from Harvard University and my law degree from Georgetown University, and offer a natural gift for synthesis: the ability to hold complexity, integrate insight, and translate reflection into grounded action.
My coaching is also informed by my lived experience. While pivoting from a career in law, I returned to my roots in the creative arts—competing as a ballroom dancer and singing with the Brooklyn Conservatory Chorale. And as a mother of two, I bring patience, perspective, and respect for the inner work that meaningful change requires.
As a coach, I seek to help illuminate what is already present but not yet fully seen. Through steady curiosity, thoughtful challenge, and genuine warmth, I listen for patterns and insights that reveal my clients’ own clarity, so they can move forward with confidence and purpose.
